Potomac’s latest restaurant is on track to open its doors within the next two weeks.
China Jade Bistro, now occupying the location of the former Jade Billows restaurant in the Cabin John Shopping Center, should finish construction, print menus and complete inspection by the end of the week, according to restaurant manager Co Dang.
Potomac residents and shopping center customers have been curious about the opening, often peeking through the doors as workers walk in and out.
Dang says those customers can expect a menu similar to Jade Bistro’s but with a contemporary flare.
“We want to do a modern Asian kitchen – some new, contemporary dishes,” Dang said. “The menu will be similar, but we’ll have around 10 new entrees.”
