I'm somewhat confused by this question. The state of Maryland has had gambling for decades, now, having introduced the lottery long ago. With the re-introduction of slot machine casinos, some years ago (remember that it wasn't that long ago that slots were available in a number of counties, before they were illegal), all of the opportunities were there for gambling addiction to surface. Add to that, the convenience of casinos in Del, WVa, Pa, I'm at a loss to take the leap to having another casino and the availability of table games, somehow, increasing the likelihood of gambling addiction.
