Visitors to the Bethesda Central Farm Market on Sundays can now pick up more than fruits, vegetables, cheeses and breads -- they can also take home a wood-fired pizza made on-the-spot. The pies are the result of a new company called Fired Up Pizzas launched by chef Dennis Friedman of Potomac's Bezu. Friedman brings his mobile wood-burning pizza kitchen to Bethesda each week and uses local ingredients he can find right at the market. Patch paid Friedman a visit to learn more about making pizzas on-the-go.
