Multiple-Victim Assault, Burglary Reported In Potomac
The 1st District Montgomery County Police Department released crime information for Oct. 1-9.
A multiple-victim assault and several attempted burglaries were reported in Potomac in the Montgomery County Police Department crime summary for the period of Oct. 1-9
- An attempted commercial burglary occurred at Mendelson & Mendelson, located at 12505 Park Potomac Ave. in Potomac, sometime between Thursday, Oct. 4, and Monday, Oct. 8. There was an attempted forced entry into the building, but nothing was taken.
- A multiple-victim assault took place at the Potomac Glen Community Center, located at 13651 Hayworth Dr. in Potomac on Saturday, Oct. 6 around 11:30 p.m. The assaults took place during a party.
- An attempted residential burglary occurred on Wednesday, Oct. 3 at 9:25 a.m. in the 14700 block of Rolling Green Way, North Potomac. There was an attempted forced entry into the residence, but nothing was taken.
- A residential burglary occurred on Wednesday, Oct. 3, in the 14400 block of Pebble Hill Lane, North Potomac between 8 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. There was an attempted forced entry into the residence, but nothing was taken.
