Readers' Choice: Best Public Golf Course

There is no dearth of golf courses in Montgomery County.

 

Rockville, Potomac, Chevy Chase and Bethesda are teaming up to find the best public golf course in our Readers' Choice contest. 

It's easy to participate: Simply vote for your favorite place in the poll below. Choose from the following places:

    Of these 3 Redgate is probably the best. Others in the area are Laytonsville, Hampshire Greens and Northwest Park. All 3 of those "might" be better than any of the 3 listed.

    Redgate is not neutral ground. You either love it or hate it; it's a blind shot course in some places, and serious walking. I love it, but many complain. Northwest is surprisingly nice. Falls Rd. is way better than it used to be, and they're doing more to it all the time. The range is now open until 11pm, good move. Needwood's Executive 9-hole is a great place to introduce kids to golf.
