For the main course of your power lunch, try a roasted vegetable and goat cheese frittata with sweet potato fries, beef tenderloin tips sautéed and tossed in a peppercorn sauce and served with vegetables, or a pecan-crusted filet of rainbow trout served with jasmine rice and Dijon mustard sauce.
Desserts include milk chocolate creme brulee with raspberries, and poached pear served with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce. A dried fruit-and-cheese plate is also on the menu.
