Who wants to get their hands dirty? I do! Come and join us for fun in and around the garden. We’ll learn about seeds and soil and famous gardens and how to identify trees. We’ll sprout seeds, plan a garden, and transplant flowers and vegetables. Let’s marvel together at the beauty and intricacies of nature!
Instructor/Bio: Beth Gabel - Beth Gabel received a B.A. in Communications from Michigan State University and is also a Licensed Bachelor's Social Worker. She has been a certified Master Gardener for 13 years. Beth currently works as an Adoption Specialist at Bethany Christian Services in Madison Heights, Michigan.

More About Fourth Presbyterian School
Fourth Presbyterian School is a Christ-centered school that serves students from pre-kindergarten through 8th grade, adding preschool for 3 year olds in fall 2012. The school was founded in 1999 by the Fourth Presbyterian Church in Bethesda, and it has expanded to a campus with 32 scenic wooded acres, an extensive media center, new middle school building, new multi-purpose gymnasium, athletic fields and wireless network connections.
The school's mission is to prepare young men and women for college and life by providing opportunities to excel in the vital areas of faith, virtue and knowledge.
Headmaster John A. Murray leads the school that has an average class size of 10 students.
