Join us for a program designed for the active adult, the true beginner, people who are not used to exercising or those whom may be limited physically. Zumba Gold brings the intensity and excitement of Latin dancing and international Latin inspired rhythms. It’s a dance-fitness class that feels friendly, and most of all, Fun! We modify the moves and pacing to suit the needs of everyone in the class. Easy to follow calorie burning dance fitness party that achieves the perfect balance of core workout, full body cardio, and strength training. Improve mobility, posture, and coordination. There is no right or wrong way to Zumba. .

The Bethesda-Chevy Chase Regional Services Center works to improve communication between residents and county and other agencies and resolve issues and concerns, such as noise or zoning violations. The center also works to identify future servicing needs in the community. The body, which encompasses Bethesda, Cabin John, Friendship Heights, Chevy Chase, Garrett Park, Glen Echo, North Bethesda, Potomac and Rockville, also provides services including meeting space, wi-fi, and senior programs at its Edgemoor Lane location.
