Police, Local Organizations Host Vigil Honoring DC Sniper Victims

The event is open to the public.

As the region reflects on the 10th anniversary of the DC sniper shootings that terrorized residents for weeks, Gaithersburg will host a prayer vigil honoring the memory of the sniper victims.

The Montgomery County Police Department, the Victims’ Rights Foundation, the Montgomery Village Chiefs Football and Cheer Program will co-host the vigil Thursday at 6:30 p.m. at the Goshen United Methodist Church in Gaithersburg.

All are welcome to attend.
