The Romanian Food Festival is the largest and oldest biannual festival in the Washington DC area dedicated to Romanian food, music, art and culture.
Every festival, the ladies community prepare authentic Romanian food using recipes passed down from generations to generations. The festival also includes live music and folk dance performances, raffle drawings, a marketplace with Romanian books, jewelry, icons etc, various activities for children and a folk exhibit where visitors can learn more about Romanian history, folk clothing, pottery, icons and more.
