One of Potomac's most anticipated restaurants, the , is set to open Monday.
Community members for months after the planned restaurant was announced last January. Since the announcement, building and construction reviews pushed the business's opening back, but owner Jeff Grolig says he is ready to open his doors to curious Potomac residents April 23.
Customers will be able to choose from the restaurant's "opening menu," which is about 75 percent complete, Grolig said. Lunch, dinner, lite fare, desserts and the full wine list will be avaliable.
