"I suspect that for the first couple of months it'll be difficult to get in here," Grolig said. "We've been building for two years, there's a lot of anticipation."

Most of the construction went into expanding the shopping center to make room for restaurant seating. The new space will accommodate seating for 70 customers indoors and an additional 20 to 30 seats for customers outside, Grolig said.

From bistro style salads at lunch to burgers and Grolig's staple crab cakes, restaurant-goers can expect high quality ingredients and American-style food with a twist.

"You can come in and get something to eat anytime," Grolig said. "Our focus is what we've done well for 12 years out here: high quality, American-style."
