3. The Rotary Club of Potomac is having their at noon at . This week, the club will be celebrating Literacy Month with guest speaker Shelley Block from the Literacy Council of Montgomery County. Rotary club gives men and women an enjoyable and organized way to make a contribution to their community. Rotary members meet weekly to plan club, community and international service activities.
