Good morning, Potomac! Here are the five things you need to know today to stay on top of local news.

1. Grab your umbrellas because it looks like rain is on the way to Potomac. It’s going to be a high of 41 degrees with rain likely after 11 a.m., according to the National Weather Service. Rain could come again before midnight with a low around 32 degrees. 

2.The Rotary Club of Potomac is having their at noon at . Rotary club gives men and women an enjoyable and organized way to make a contribution to their community. Rotary members meet weekly to plan club, community and international service activities. Check out the organization’s website to become a member.

3. Report cards are on their way as the third marking period ends at Montgomery County Public Schools in Potomac. Although the marking period ends today, report cards are not distributed until next Thursday.

4. The JV lacrosse team at Bullis School is hosting a home game against Annandale. The game starts at 4:15 p.m. and is sure to be an intense match-up for the Bulldogs.
