A looks at local cuisine.

You could stand on a corner and look around until a restaurant sign draws you in. But we've got a better idea. Each week, Potomac Patch will pick a great restaurant either in town or nearby that is worth checking out. Here's this week's choice:

  • — Located in the heart of Potomac, this French-style bakery/café offers a great selection of food and drinks for a reasonable price. Customers can jump in the bakery for a delicious chocolate croissant, pasta salad or panini among other things. There is a large selection of French bread and baguettes as well as coffees. Although the weather may be too cold now, the outdoor seating option is a great way to greet passing neighbors and enjoy a snack or meal. The store opens at 6:30 a.m. daily.
