Where/When: Glen Echo Park, 7300 Macarthur Blvd, on Feb. 19 from 3 p.m. to 3:45 p.m.

Why go: Musico the Magician from the Washington Conservatory of Music will perform and engage children in the wonders of music and magic at the same time.

Where/When: , 4545 East-West Hwy in Bethesda. Performances on Feb. 18 and Feb. 19 at 3 p.m. and 8 p.m.

Why go: This play—based on the novel by Bethesda native, Alice McDermott—is a play about the funeral of Billy Lynch and digs into who he really was.

Where/When: on Feb. 20 at 7 p.m.

Why Go: If you want to let the kids wind down after a long day, head to the church’s open gym time. All are welcome to Open Gym Basketball at Potomac UMC's full length basketball court. Open Gym Basketball is every Sunday evening during the school year.

Where/When: , Feb. 19 at 3 p.m.

Why go: Perfect for non-native English speakers to hone their skills in the language. No registration is required and a staff of volunteers will be there to give personal attention.
