Happy St. Patrick’s Day, Potomac! For all you little leprechauns looking for a good time, Potomac Patch is here to provide some of the best bets for St. Paddy’s Day fun.

But the list doesn’t end here! Contribute your favorite locales for the green-wearing, pot-o-gold-toting Potomac residents.

1. : If you’re looking for a little Irish flavor in your day, stop by the Hunter’s Inn for half-price draft beer and half-price on Irish whiskey and Irish coffee. Also, the restaurant will be serving corned beef and cabbage all day and after 4 p.m. will feature Irish stew and Shepherd’s pie.

2. : Stop by River Falls Market this afternoon for special St. Patrick’s Day treats like corned beef and cabbage with Guinness mustard, Shepherd’s pied with mashed potatoes, beer battered cod, traditional Irish lamb stew and lots of desserts. Item on the menu are available while supplies last, so get in early.

3. Irish Inn: This restaurant located at 6119 Tulane Ave. in Glen Echo will have a special menu for lunch and dinner on St. Patrick’s Day with items like Guinness beef stew, corned beef and cabbage and bangers and mash. Live traditional Irish music will be played at the Irish Inn from 3 p.m. until close. Make reservations early to get in on the fun!

4. Againn Tavern: The gastropub located at 12256 Rockville Pike will be celebrating St. Patrick's Day with entertainment starting at 4 p.m. Live music from Jamie Lynch will begin at 4 p.m. in the tented porch and go until 7 p.m. Jamison & Double O Soul will play from 8:30 to 12:30 a.m. There is a cover. Buy tickets in advance online for $7 or $10 at the door.

5. : Enjoy some green beer on the outdoor terrace at the restaurant’s happy hour, which will last from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Drinks will be $3 and select menu items will be $5.
