The Duck Splash Festival is a fun day filled with free activities and entertainment for the entire family! Spectators watch as 10,000 bright yellow ducks splash into the lake at Washingtonian Center. The duck splashdown will be at approximately 3 pm. This event benefits The Arc Montgomery County which supports children, youth, adults and families affected by intellectual and developmental disabilities.
