This is an interval formatted class. TABATA workouts were created from a Japanese Dr. happening to have the last name TABATA. He found a most efficient way of working out was working maximally for 20 seconds at a time. In this class students will be pushed to their limits physically by performing exercises at the maximum effort for 20seconds. The exercise will be performed 8 times with 10 second intervals for rest. If you want to get the most out of a workout in the least amount of time, this is the class for you.
