Learn how to specifically condition your body to maintain stability over rough terrain, navigate twists and turns efficiently, generate power quickly and build your endurance for long days of winter fun!

We'll train with bosu's and stability balls, TRX, bodyweight plyometric exercises, kettle bells and more to build strength and resilience so that you can better enjoy playing in the snow.
