Potomac Village Farmers Market Closes Today
Today is the last day of the market at the corner of Falls and Democracy until next spring.
The Potomac Village Farmers Market will hold its last sale of the season today, until next spring brings warmer weather and new crops.
Check out this note from Market Master Suzanne Hermes as she lists the items for sale this week and bids au revoir to customers:
We will miss all of you so come on out, stock up on your favorite apples, and say farewell until next year... Look for us on the Patch during the winter months, too. We have new farmers starting next year and we hope to provide insights into who they are and what they do...

There is lots of work to be done over the winter but let’s hope January brings a wee bit of rest for the weary farm hand! Looking forward to seeing you Thursday, Nov. 1. Thank you for your patronage and support throughout the 2012 season. Potomac is the best!!
