Spotted in Bethesda: Stuart Weitzman is open at Westfield Montgomery Mall, giving area fasionistas another option for high-end footwear.
The store opened Jan. 3, according to Westfield Montgomery Mall spokesperson Joanna Caputi. Currently, Stuart Weitzman is having a sale – up to 50 percent off select shoes – as an opening promotion.
