An accident left two students and one aide from Ivymount School with minor injuries.

A school bus accident in the local lanes of I-270 in Rockville on Friday morning caused injury to six people including two students from near Potomac.

The accident, which involved a school bus and two cars, caused injury to the driver of the Montgomery County school bus, an 8 and 9-year-old and a school aide from Ivymount — a special needs school on Seven Locks Road, according to a story on ABC 7.

The two students were transported to Suburban Hospital after sustaining minor injuries. The drivers of each car were also taken to Suburban Hospital with non-life threatening injuries, said Beth Anne Nesselt, a spokesperson for Montgomery County Fire and Rescue.
