Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services are searching for a 21-year-old male in the Potomac River, MCFRS Asst. Chief Scott Graham tweeted.
Three people jumped into the river to assist the missing swimmer, Graham tweeted. They are now accounted for on the shore.
