Montgomery County Police Respond to Call in Potomac Village

Incident classified as an assault by Officer Paul Starks.

On April 30, a Patch reader reported seeing police activity between 3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. in the 9700 block of Hall Road in Potomac, including K-9 units and people in handcuffs.

According to Officer Paul Starks, spokesperson for the Montgomery County Police, the incident was initially "called in as a possible car jacking, but was really a fight between what is believed to be two adults, and they may have known each other."
