Police Blotter: February 9-25

There were several burglaries and a robbery in Potomac

There were several reports of burglaries in and around Potomac between February 9 and 25. The police report showed no violent crime in our area.

  • An armed robbery occurred at the CVS, 7955 Tuckerman Lane in Potomac on Monday, 2/13 at 1:17 a.m. The suspect assaulted the victim and obtained property. The suspect is a black male, 45-50 yrs. old, 6’1”-6’3”/190-200 lbs.
  • A burglary occurred in the 8900 block of Liberty Lane in Rockville on Friday, 2/10 between 4:30 and 11:30 p.m. No forced entry; property taken.
  • A residential burglary occurred in the 10600 block of Rivers Bend Lane in Potomac on Friday, 2/10 at 6:40 p.m. Forced entry; property taken.
  • A residential burglary occurred in the 9550 River Road in Rockville was broken into between Friday, 2/10 and Monday, 2/13. Forced entry; property taken.
