Police Release Information about Aggravated Assault, Churchill Vandalism

A look at the crimes near the end of March in Potomac.

Toward the end of March, Potomac saw an aggravated assault, vandalism and a theft from a vehicle.

On March 23, an aggravated assault occurred in the 7800 block of in Potomac around 11 p.m. The suspect, who was known by the victim, used a weapon to threaten the victim, according to information released by the Montgomery County Police Department.

On March 20 between 1:30 a.m. and 1:45 a.m., graffiti was spray painted in the front window of .

A theft from a vehicle happened in front of the Little Gym, 1071 Seven Locks Rd. on March 23 between 8:45 a.m. and 9:15 a.m. The suspect forced entry into the vehicle and stole property from it.
