Potomac Crime: Burglaries at Seven Locks Pool, East Gate Recreation

These two Potomac burglaries and a theft on Democracy Boulevard, Potomac, were included in the crime summary.

The following information was supplied by the Montgomery County Police Department in its summary of major crimes occurring in the county between June 24 and July 2. The mention of an arrest or charge does not indicate a conviction.

  • A burglary occurred at the Seven Locks Pool (9929 Seven Locks Rd., Potomac) during the night between Wednesday and Thursday, June 26 and 27. There was a forced entry, and property was taken.  
  • A commercial burglary occurred at East Gate Recreation Association (10200 Gainsborough Rd., Potomac) during the night between Friday and Saturday, June 28 and 29. There was a forced entry, but nothing was taken.
  • A theft occurred in the 7100 block of Democracy Boulevard, Potomac, on Sunday, June 30, at about 12:30 p.m. The suspects—a man and a woman—removed property from the victim.
