Potomac Crime: Burglary at Ivymount School
A theft from a vehicle in Potomac also was included in the police department's most recent crime summary.
The following information was supplied by the Montgomery County Police Department in its summary of major crimes occurring in the county between June 10 and 18. The mention of an arrest or charge does not indicate a conviction.
- A commercial burglary occurred at the Ivymount School (11614 Seven Locks Rd., Potomac) between 6:30 p.m. on Monday, June 17, and 8 a.m. on Tuesday, June 18. There was a forced entry, and property was taken.
- A theft from a vehicle occurred in the 7800 block of Whiterim Terrace, Potomac, on Monday, June 16, at about 4:30 a.m. There was no forced entry, and property was taken.
