Third Crime in One Year on Pleasant Gate Lane

Montgomery County Police released information about recent crimes in Potomac, including a burglary on Pleasant Gate Lane.

In mid-June, a burglary occurred on Pleasant Gate Lane — the third crime on the street in the last year. 

The most recent burglary happened in the 9700 block of Pleasant Gate Lane some time between June 14 and June 16. Police do not know how the suspect entered the house and it is not known if any property was stolen.

The 9700 block of Pleasant Gate Lane was the location of another burglary . The type of entry is not known and the victim reported nothing was taken from the house.

, a strong-arm robbery occurred in the 9700 block of Pleasant Gate Lane. Four male suspects approached the victim and took the victim's personal property. When the victim went looking for the suspects, the two suspects beat the victim and took additional property. Police found and arrested the suspects later last week, two of which were 19-year-old males and the other two were 18-year-old males. 

Calls to the police about the trend were not immediately returned.
