Old Angler's Towpath Repair Scheduled For Late Fall

The National Park Service has awarded the repair contract to a Massachusetts company that is scheduled to begin repairs before the year is out.

The National Park Service has chosen a company to perform repairs on the towpath at .

The park service has awarded to Classic Site Solutions Inc., of Springfield, Mass., to repair the towpath breach sustained in September of 2008, according to an NPS press release.

The company is scheduled to begin repairs in the late fall of 2011 and should be finished by the fall of 2012.
