Bullis Opens New Academic Center
Bullis School dedicated its new Academic Center Thursday at a ribbon-cutting event hosted by students, faculty and administrators
has opened a new Academic Center, located inside the Marriott Family Library on the Bullis campus in Potomac, MD, Oct. 19, 2011.
The center features two digital media rooms for student projects, video conferencing and presentations, and it is the new home of the Bullis student tutoring program, according to a press release
“The Academic Center provides space for us to expand our existing services for students,” said Bullis head-of-school, Dr. Gerald L. Boarman, in the release. “Here we can promote our extensive learning support program and provide students with a quiet place to study and work together or connect with teachers for one-on-one assistance.”
