Cabin John Middle School Food Drive for MANNA Food Center

Cabin John Middle School Student Government Association is holding a Manna Food Drive November 14th through 18th.  Students are collecting non-perishable items as well as Turkeys, Chickens and Hams.  Please drop off your items at the Student Drop off entrance off of Gainsborough Road between 8 am and 9:15 am Monday through Friday.  Please help the Cabin John MS students help the ever increasing needy families of Montgomery County.  Manna is experiencing an unprecedented shortage of food.  Thank you for your generosity.  Below is a list of Manna’s most needed items:

Peanut Butter in 18 oz jars or smaller
Tuna Fish
Canned Fruits & Vegetables, including Small Fruit Cans/Cups
Shelf-Stable Milk, including Individual Serving Boxes
Beans, Dry or Canned
Canned Tomato Sauce
Macaroni and Cheese, including Easy Mac
Soup, including Microwaveable Containers and Kid-friendly Varieties such as Chicken Noodle, Tomato, Alphabet, etc.
Cereal, Large Boxes, Individual Boxes and Nutritious Bars
Oatmeal including Individual Oatmeal Packets
Rice
Pasta, Dry, Canned and Microwaveable bowls
Baby Food
Other Canned Meat and Fish
Individual Applesauce Cups
Juice Boxes that are 100% juice
Crackers packaged in a sleeve, like Ritz or Saltines
Pudding Cups
Individual Raisin Boxes or Other Dried Fruit
Small packages of Peanuts
Turkeys, Hams, Chickens
