Shoe Train, Cabin John Shopping Center, is hosting a complimentary speaking engagement for parents and caregivers on Monday, January 30th from 10am to 11am. Speaking on the subject of "Transitions: cruising, walking, running," Dr. Julie Bindeman, a local licensed psychologist, will discuss the important aspects of early life transitions and offer tips on how best to help guide our children through these exciting (and exhausting) transitions.
