School hasn't even started yet, but you already may be wondering about fall break.

Luckily, Montgomery County Public Schools has released its 2012-2013 school calendar, allowing students and parents to mark the dates in calendars and start counting down to the next vacation day.

  • Labor Day, Sept. 3—MCPS offices and schools are closed.
  • Rosh Hashanah, Sept. 17—No school for MCPS students and teachers.
  • Yom Kippur, Sept. 26—No school for MCPS students and teachers.
  • Election Day, Nov. 6—MCPS offices and schools are closed for classes.
  • Thanksgiving Holiday, Nov. 22 to 23—MCPS offices and schools are closed.
  • Christmas Holiday, Dec. 24 and 25—MCPS offices and schools are closed.
  • Winter Break, Dec. 26 to 31—No school for MCPS students and teachers.
  • New Year's Day, Jan. 1, 2013—MCPS offices and schools are closed.
