What interested you about performing in this play? Legally Blonde has always been one of my favorite movies, and when I saw the musical I fell in love with it as well. Although the story is for the most part lighthearted and silly, there is a ton of soul to be found in the show as well as a lot to be learned from the characters.

What have been your favorite aspects of the experience? For me, the best part of preparing for the show has been digging into what Elle can mean to me in my life. She is a goofy, loving and unconditionally sweet character with a ton of bizarre quirks but a lot of human qualities that I can definitely relate to. I can connect to her experience of being judged based on looks, and I hope that in performing this role I can take away some of her ability to persevere through pessimism and negativity that is everpresent in our everyday lives.

What can audience members expect from the cast? Audience members can expect a lot of laughter, pink and smiles from the show. As a cast, we hope to transport the audience into another world for a few hours so that they can return home feeling rejuvenated and ready for what lies ahead. Come ready to have fun!!
