Churchill got back in the win column on Friday with a narrow 15-13 win over Gaithersburg. The Bulldogs beat the previously unbeaten Trojans, and improved their record to 4-1. This is the second time this season that Churchill has come back from a 7-0 deficit at the half to win a game. The team also did it three weeks ago at Whitman.
Lansana Keita rushed for a touchdown and threw a touchdown pass to Sam Edens. The most exciting play of the night came from Jacob Suissa, who recovered a fumble when Gaithersburg was in position to take the lead with just over two minutes left in the game.
