The Potomac Pedalers Touring Club offers beginner to advanced group rides for those looking to socialize and exercise.

 

Potomac Pedalers Touring Club is a Washington D.C.-based cycling club offering social and recreational opportunities for area bike enthusiasts. 

The non-profit group organizes over 1,000 rides a year across the metro area, according to its website, and sends riders on trips ranging from 15 to 75 miles-long. Western Montgomery County is a popular ride destination with rides routinely going through Potomac, the Great Falls area of the C&O National Historical Park and up to Darnestown.

The Glen Echo Monday ride meets at 10 a.m., weather permitting for a 30-mile ride through the scenic neighborhoods of Potomac.
