Baby Boot Camp classes combine strength-training exercises with cardiovascular drills. Pilates, yoga and abdominal exercises help improve core strength. The stroller, resistance tubes (and even your child!) are used as an integral part of the workout.
Our Strollfit class format is Baby Boot Camp’s most popular class format, taught as a 60 minute class (offered 5x’s per week). It is designed to cater to the needs of moms at any fitness level, with modifications specifically for pregnant moms, new moms who are recovering from pregnancy and conditioned moms who want to continue to have the opportunity to exercise with their child (or children).
If you just had a baby, YOU MUST BE SIX WEEKS POSTPARTUM AND HAVE A DOCTOR or MIDWIFE'S APPROVAL TO EXERCISE BEFORE ATTENDING YOUR FIRST CLASS.
