The second annual Bobby Miller Bulldog Classic is a holiday high school varsity basketball tournament hosted by Winston Churchill High School featuring a boys and a girls division. The tournament honors the memory of Potomac resident Bobby Miller, a longtime supporter of area youth basketball and Winston Churchill High School, who lost his courageous battle with cancer in April 2009. The tournament serves as a fundraising event for the American Cancer Society. Last year, the tournament raised $1,700 in voluntary donations from fans attending the games. Games will be played at 1:30pm, 3:30pm, 5:30pm and 7:30 pm each day with the Boys Consolation and Championship games at 3:30 pm and 7:30 pm, respectively, on December 30, 2010. The 2010 Boys Tournament field will consist of host Winston Churchill High School, Charles E. Smith Jewish Day School, The Heights School and Einstein High School.
