Good morning, Potomac! It’s Monday morning, and time to start your work week with this week’s “5 Things.” Among our offerings: weather, some interesting tidbits and a few quick notes.

1. The week ahead will be varied, with chances of showers and thunderstorms through most of the week. High temperatures will get into the 70s, with lows in the 50s during the work week. The weekend will see sunnier skies and warmer weather. Today will be mostly cloudy with a high of 77, according to the National Weather Service. The chance of rain and thunderstorms is 30 percent. Tonight will be cloudy with lows dropping to 54.

2. Graduation nears for high school seniors across the county, and we’ve got a way to share your favorite memories. We’d love for you to upload your photos from homecoming, prom, that memorable basketball game -- anything -- right here on Patch. We’ve put together a virtual yearbook for and for , ready for you to post your pictures, thoughts and well-wishes.

3. This weekend’s storms were pretty heavy at times. While some of us rejoice in the cooler weather Friday’s downpour brought, others may be cleaning up the mess of damaged property. .

4. Looking to borrow a copy of the erotic thriller, Fifty Shades of Grey, the book at the top of the New York Times Best Seller List? Expect a long, long wait for the book at most Maryland area libraries, including Montgomery County, with 805 hold requests as of Thursday. The book may be even harder to find in other public libraries around the state,

5. Montgomery County commuters might want to think twice before speeding up to cut off the slow-moving car ahead. This week the Montgomery County Police Department will specifically target aggressive drivers with an educational/enforcement campaign called “Smooth Operator” to stop unsafe behaviors.
