Go ahead and start a process with them. They will charge you and arm and a leg, claiming that they are unique professionals, but the truth is.. they are not. They have made a number of mistakes in my case, delayed it months, failed to even apologize. The best part is that they will constantly and shamelessly lie to you. They hire cheap and incompetent interns to maximize their profits and they only care about their own benefits. Who cares about the immigrants after all? Enjoy!

The owner is incompetent and she is all out to get your money. Mistakes upon mistakes that leaves the immigrant helpless. This is a sad practice. Never use them if you are smart. I obviously was not.
