beware of josie moyo. we have around 9 stranded students who have been at her college here in…Read More zimbabwe for more than 6 years without graduating. she no longer responds to parents' concerns about the children. recently penuel springs institute was closed down by the ministry of education. the woman does not have a conscience. she lives a lavish lifestyle at the expense of donors. ask the wiemar team she came with to zimbabwe recently. a lot of people who rendered service were not paid when she left.
