Bullis School Makes Thanksgiving Baskets for Needy
Each year the Bullis School community comes together to fill and assemble Thanksgiving baskets for families in need.
The Bullis School community is continuing a tradition with their annual Thanksgiving basket campaign — a way for students, parents and faculty to come together to give to less fortunate families in the area. The baskets include items like food, silverware, decorations, pies, artwork and cards — all contributions from the Bullis community. On Nov. 23, the baskets are distributed to families through Interfaith Works and the Montgomery County Housing Opportunities Commission. "This is a great event," said Susie Zimmermann, Communications Manager at Bullis School. "It's something our entire community gets involved in."
