Bobby's Burger Palace to Open in Montgomery Mall

The restaurant launched by celebrity chef Bobby Flay could be open within a year, Bethesda Magazine reports.

Bobby's Burger Palace, the burger chain launched by celebrity chef Bobby Flay, soon will be open at the Westfield Montgomery Mall, Bethesda Magazine reports. The chain could be open within a year as part of a major expansion planned for the shopping center, which will include renovations to the food court and a new movie theater. The chain, which also has Maryland locations in College Park and at the Maryland Live! Casino at Arundel Mills, features burgers with Angus beef, ground turkey or chicken breast. Some of the menu items include the "Miami Burger," with ham, Swiss cheese and pickles; the "LA Burger," with avocado relish, watercress, cheddar cheese and tomato; and the "Napa Valley" burger, with goat cheese and lemon honey mustard. …
