When are the happiest hours in Bethesda and Potomac? Right after work of course, when the ties can loosen, the high heels kick off and when drinks and appetizers are half price. With dozens of restaurants in the area, listing each happy hour special would take forever, but here’s an offering of three Patch picks. This week’s theme: Last of the Sangria. Along with cold weather comes the seasonal drink shift, and what had the neighborhood abuzz in spring and summer will soon make way for seasonal drafts and holiday drinks.
