With hundreds of bars and restaurants to choose from, the selection can get overwhelming, but the only things that will overwhelm you about this week’s happy hour highlight are the deals. The Wine Harvest in Park Potomac, located off Montrose Road near I270, is home to the dollar draft happy hour. From 5-7 p.m. on Fridays, customers can partake in five house wines by the glass for $1.99 and 16-ounce drafts ranging from at $.99 to $2.75. Locals are starting to take notice.
